Town of Wallkill Little League Field Request Calendar
**PLEASE READ ALL OF THE BELOW INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING A REQUEST**

>> When sending a request, please include your team name, division along with start and stop times.<<
If you do not provide the above information, your practice will not granted.
Practices will be scheduled in the order the requests are received.
You may not utilize any fields unless you directly receive correspondence that your request has been granted.

This calendar will be used for all field requests and for guest access to utilize our facility.
You will be assigned one field. See the below map.
** Field Requests WILL BE RESERVED WEEK BY WEEK ONLY **
Due to our fields being prepared on Friday for Saturday games, there will be no practices granted on these dates.
Friday's will also be utilized for make-up games and need to remain available.
Field request and usage guidelines
** During the Little League season TOWLL activities for games and practices take precedence
over any other requests . In the event TOWLL needs to reschedule games due to weather or conflicts, existing reservations may need to be rescheduled to accommodate the Little League needs **
TOWLL normally makes use of the fields Monday - Saturdays, and occasionally on Sundays.
** In the event games are cancelled due to weather, so are practices for everyone -NO EXCEPTIONS **
Travel teams must submit a valid certificate of insurance and make arrangements with the
TOWLL President or Scheduling Coordinator prior to usage.
When the fields are not in use, plugs will be placed into the outlets for the bases
and pitching mounds. Only TOWLL board members or designated managers are permitted to remove the plugs.
Do not alter or make any changes to the fields or dugouts.
Please leave the facility clean and remove any debris left by your team.
** The Town requires that anyone utilizing the fields other than Little League follow these guidelines **
The bases, L-screens, and power equipment belong to the TOWLL and are intended for TOWLL use only.
Donations for their use is accepted and greatly appreciated as all of the proceeds goes back to the kids
and helps us with the cost of running the league.
By requesting a field, you are knowingly acknowledging all of the aforementioned rules and agree to follow them and/or any other rules, requests, or instruction given by any TOWLL Board Members.
