ADULT MANAGERS, COACHES and VOLUNTEERS

As stated in Little League Rules:

Effective in 2007, the local league must conduct a nationwide search that contains the applicable government sex offender registry data.

Before beginning the background process, which must be completed annually on all new and returning individuals prior to the individual assuming his/her duties for the current season, the league needs in its possession a fully competed “official volunteer application.” The application along with a copy of a government-issued photo ID, usually a driver’s license, in order for the league to verify that the information on his/her volunteer application is correct, i.e. spelling of name, address, date of birth, etc.

THIS MEANS THAT ANY ADULT,  "EVERYONE", ASSISTING IN ANY CAPACITY AT THE LITTLE LEAGUE FIELDS MUST SUBMIT A VOLUNTEER FORM / COPY OF DRIVERS LICENSE and THE LEAGUE (TOWLL) WILL HAVE A BACKGROUND CHECK PERFORMED ON THAT VOLUNTEER.
